Eligible products may be returned within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

An unboxing video recorded continuously from the beginning of opening the package is mandatory for return, replacement, and refund requests.

Damaged or defective products may be eligible for a return or replacement, subject to verification.

Refunds will generally be processed within 3–7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
