Cancelletion Policy

At Kitchen Nest, we process orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Order cancellation requests must be made before your order is processed.
• Once your order has entered the processing stage, cancellation is not allowed.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Cancellation after the order has been shipped is not allowed.
• Once the package has been handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully accepted before processing, any eligible payment refund will be initiated according to our refund procedures.
